Who We Are

We are a small team of Filipino vehicle owners, LTO transaction veterans, and digital volunteers based in Quezon City who built LTO Tracker PH to help fellow Filipinos navigate the Land Transportation Office’s online systems without the stress of long queues and confusing processes.
When LTO introduced the LTMS Portal and online tracking tools, many vehicle owners — especially those in provinces and those unfamiliar with digital systems — struggled to use them correctly. Plate numbers were ready but unclaimed. License renewals were delayed because applicants didn’t know how to track their status. We saw this problem firsthand and decided to build a free, clear, and reliable resource for every Filipino driver.

Our Mission and Values

Our mission is to make LTO’s online services clear, accessible, and stress-free for every Filipino vehicle owner. We do this by:

  • Simplifying LTO processes. The LTMS Portal, plate tracking, license renewal, and transfer of ownership involve multiple steps that confuse even experienced vehicle owners. We break every process down into plain, step-by-step guides anyone can follow.
  • Providing accurate, tested guides. Every tutorial on LTO Tracker is personally tested against the actual LTMS Tracker before publishing. We verify each step with real screenshots so nothing is left to guesswork.
  • Staying current. LTO updates its systems, fees, and requirements regularly. We monitor official LTO announcements, the LTMS Portal, and LTO’s official Facebook page to keep our guides accurate and up to date for 2026.
  • Protecting your privacy. We never ask for your personal LTO details. Our tracker tools connect directly to LTO’s database — we store nothing on our end.

Our Story

LTO Tracker started when our team members — relatives and friends working in vehicle dealerships, driving schools, and IT support across Metro Manila — kept fielding the same questions from family and neighbors:

“How do I know if my plate is ready?” “Where do I track my driver’s license?” “Why does the LTMS tracker keep showing No Record Found?”

We realized there was no single, clear, free resource answering these questions in simple steps. In early 2025, operating from our base in Quezon City, we built LTO tracker PH from scratch — writing guides, testing every step on the actual LTMS tracker, and gathering feedback from real vehicle owners across the Philippines. Within months, thousands of Filipinos were using our plate tracker and LTMS guides monthly.

How We Sustain This Site
