What You Can Contact Us About

We welcome messages about any of the following:

  • Content Corrections If you find information on our site that no longer matches the current LTO process, fee structure, or requirements — please let us know. We update our guides as quickly as possible when LTO changes its system.
  • Tracker Issues If our plate number tracker or driver’s license tracker is returning an error, not loading, or showing unexpected results, describe the issue and we will investigate.
  • General LTO Questions If you are confused about a step in our guides or need clarification about an LTO process, send us your question and we will do our best to help.

Response Time

We are a small volunteer team and handle all inquiries manually. We aim to respond to every message within 15 business days. During periods of high volume such as LTO system updates or policy changes, responses may take slightly longer.

We respond to every genuine inquiry. If you have not received a reply after 15 business days, please check your spam folder and resend your message.

Important Reminder

LTO Tracker PH is not affiliated with the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the LTMS Portal, or any Philippine government agency.

We cannot:

  • Process your LTO application on your behalf
  • Access your personal LTO account or records
  • Expedite your plate number release or license processing
  • Provide official government verification of your vehicle status
  • Accept payments for any LTO service or transaction
